This E-1 is complete and has been polished out to a nice shine. There are no cracks or chips and all the pieces are easily unscrewed. These were used on many types of W.E. phones including Space Savers, Wall Phones, Hotel Phones, A1,102, 202 and even early 302s. They were so popular that many other brands of handsets were replaced with these.
