An original Western Electric Bakelite mouthpiece with brass threads. It has its nice original, shinny, finish inside and out with no scratches, cracks or chips. These mouthpieces are rare and hard to find in this beautiful condition. I consider it to be of museum quality. It has a large ring around the outer rim. These mouthpieces are heavier and thicker than standard mouthpieces and were normally used in commercial settings such as payphones. This is a SUPER nice piece and definitely not a reproduction. The outside brass thread is 7/8". I have sold 3 of these and the buyers are absolutely thrilled with theirs. I will never find another one in this condition.
