Vintage Solid Brass w/ Beveled Glass Ship's Time Quartz Clock Porthole Nautical

This clock came from an estate.  It is untested.  Please review pictures closely of the marks in the brass on the bottom of the piece (under the door) and the picture of the inside bottom.  Not sure what caused that.  This piece is very heavy and well made.
