Vintage matching 17 piece 2 Tier Serving Dessert stand/teacup dish set/Japan

This vintage set of gold rimmed rose patterned china are in overall good condition except as noted.
The piece that is marked is the 2 tier serving dish which only has the sticker of Japan on the bottom.  No other markings were found on the teacup/plate set.
The best piece is the 2 tier serving tray which looks unused. The bottom dish is about 8" in diameter and the top is 6.25".
On the plates, each one of them has a place to put the teacup. There are 3 different sizes but hardly noticeable sitting side by side. 4 of the plates are just under 8" across and are in great shape except for a black mark on one of the plates.
3 of the plates are 8" and in overall good condition except for a couple of stains.
1 of the plates is 8 1/4" and the plate is in fair condition.with some manufacturer imperfections on the front.
Being picky I am only considering 3 of the teacups in great condition.  3 of them have manufacturer imperfections such as uneven rims and/or darker ceramics.  2 of teacups do have chips and or cracks. The set 2.25" high and are 3.5" in diameter at the mouth of the cup.
