he key to absorbing vibrations is the Sorbothane feet. Sorbothane is a highly damped, visco-elastic polymeric
solid
that displaces like a liquid under load.
"Under load" is the key phrase. The correct size and density for a given load is most important. Too heavy a load and it will not perform, too light, and it will not work.
A small bubble level is included.
Three finishes are available.
We start with several base coats of Shellac to seal the wood grain.
Finish coat is a high gloss clear or black lacquer.
