Technics SP-10MKII Turntable w/power supply (120 volt american version)

Up for purchase is a used Technics SP-10MKII turntable with power supply. It is a high performance professional turntable, by which all others are judged. Unit works perfectly (as far as I can tell, without it sitting in a base with a tonearm, playing some vinyl). Amazingly, the strobe still works on this turntable, although it's kind of hard to see, with all of the dust that has accumulated on the internal plastic look thru eyeglass (you would have to take some of the turntable apart to get at the eyeglass, to clean it. Not really a huge deal, but it would take some time and patience on your part). However, I can tell by this strobe that all 3 speeds don't waver, and are perfectly on speed, as they should be. As you can see in the picture, it is missing the top mounted Technics name tag in the lower right hand corner (sometimes you can find these replacements on ebay). The little LED does not light either on the power supply (most don't these days). The pictures should also reveal the blemishes on this turntable. This turntable spent all of its life in a radio station studio. Ask any questions you may have before purchasing. You now know everything that I know about this turntable. It has been sitting on my shelf for many years, as a backup for my other two SP-10's, but I've finally decided to part with it. Sold as is with no returns.
Packed with extra TLC for a safe journey. Double-boxed. The size of the box will probably add extra to shipping, but wouldn't you feel better knowing that the unit is packed securely? Of course this turntable and power supply is heavy. Total weight of the box and contents is 36 lbs.
