This is an early stock certificate from the 'Moulton Mining Company,' of Butte, Montana, this version issued in Spokane, Washington. It was issued in 1925 and is the later but more rare version.  It was issued to William Andrews Clark, Jr. Clark's Father, William A. Clark, Sr., was a mining pioneer who owned outright almost every enterprise in which he had an interest. He was a United States Senator and died as one of the 50 wealthiest men in American History.  Generally clean with light wear and the original, even folds.  Has discoloration along the left edge.
