    Runs well for 5 days then slows a bit looks like it may need oiling but i will not open it. Looks like a nautical government clock made in the USA. Nice looking but I really like maritime chime clocks so I m willing to let this one go. paint on back can be cleaned since it is old. The hinge is strong and locks properly. Clock face is 6 1/2" overall 7 1/2" I HAVE A GENERIC KEY WITH CLOCK.Someone scrachted  very faintly I LOVE EVA ON BACK.MUST BE AT LEAST 70 YEARS OR SO. IT IS FAINT AND VERY SMALL SCRATCH. WILL SHIP IT PROFESSIONALLY WITH INSURANCE.
