    Description

Not Often Known of Early 1900s Oak Wall Crank Phone  -  Almost rare 2 boxer. Williams, Cleveland, marked transmitter/ Cap on receiver says “Gamewell”, on top of receiver is 1918. Receiver is not the original but 1918 or soon after. Original inside, shelf-box (battery cover) is repro. Mild steer horn hook, 3 bar original magneto, nice finish. Nice original nameplate. The bottom is wider then usual. I am suspicious of the backboard being not old since it's so plain sawed. But the style provides that it is old (it's to authentic!)
