-  Approx. 4" round with single lower sewn-on attached rocker tabs design, black rolled-edge outer border with white twill background.  Colorful inner design features a top portion with two
birds
flying in light-blue sky with green & brown tree, green grass. Lower design has symbolic blue/white/light-blue waves.  At center & top/bottom of central patch in black lettering reads "Kentucky Department For Natural Resources And Environmental Protection".
1/2" wide sewn on
bottom rocker tab read "Surface Mining".  Has plastic backing.  Mint condition, as shown!  Shipping & Handling is .00 within USA.
