    Light-red embossed company seal lower left with incorporation date 1865. Certificate No. 2337 was issued to Mrs. Mary Morse of South Boston for three shares of capital stock ( per share). Company capital was

    and treasurer F. A. Brown. Certificate is about 6” x 9”. Black print on cream-colored vellum paper. Eagle vignette.
