Antique Ansonia Ships Gallery Clock - Runs Great

I picked this up about some time ago at a very good clock auction in Western Mass and thought it to be very rare and of course desirable because it is a Ansonia. The case has all kids of character and no signs of ever being repaired. It is a eight day time hairspring movement with the 8" dial which I couldn't find exact match in Tran Ly's Ansonia bible and but I pretty sure it is pretty rare. I guarantee it to be the proper original I just didn't remove the dial. I will if it means a sale but it's proper and a runner. Looks like 1890's anyway and I will verify but has the double mainspring 8 day time which are desirable. The octagon case is about 11 1/4" across and once again everything looks original hands, dial, bezel and glass. the I used to sell a ton on Ruby Lane and other online and have many wonderful clocks in my collection that I will be offering as my retirement gets closer and the last thing I wish to do is burn bridges with customers. I set up and time and watch all my clocks before shipping just to make sure I didn't miss anything and you the buyer are getting what you paid for a hassle free runner but I'm not perfect and things happen in shipping.
