This hard to find bone china plate of an African American infant hiding behind a blanket is wonderful piece of china to add to your collection. I've been holding these plates for many years after purchasing them directly from the pottery plant in Lancaster, Pa. Tags have been removed to see the artwork on the plate. These plates are 4" diameter bone china plates made by Pfaltzgraff Pottery in Lancaster, Pa. released from the series titled Sweet Dreams created by artist Bessie Pease Gutmann. Specifically this plate is named "My Honey". It will look great mounted on a small easel and display in a child's room or just to hold in your treasured place.
