    This is a small, soft cover booklet titled:  The Design of a Telephone Exchange - A Thesis.  By Arthur Krippner and Francis Murphy.  It was a 1904 Bachelor's Degree thesis submission at the University of Wisconsin.
    The book has 103 pages on how to set up a telephone exchange.  Contains technical and business information, with illustrations.  There are also several pages of telephone equipment and supply ads for wires, cables, poles, switchboards, phones etc.

    Cover has come loose.  Someone added a page at the end of the book and annotated it in ink.
